We meet you at the Airport to begin your memorable experience in Australia. Check in to a luxurious 5 star hotel with magnificent harbour views. Your sojourn begins with our leisurely drive in the bustle of the city, enjoying the many beaches on Sydney’s doorstep, indulging a scrumptious seafood lunch, the Botanical Gardens and Opera House.

Dinner is at a foreshore restaurant overlooking Circular Quay, the Opera House and Sydney Harbour, followed by an evening's entertainment at the Opera House.

Today you will visit a nature farm to view koalas, kangaroos and other native animals on the way to experience the majestic views of the Blue Mountains, with the day culminating cruising the sparkling waters of Sydney Harbour, dining in the privacy of your own boat while watching the sun set over the city and the evening lights come on.

Today we journey north through the pretty central coast region, enjoying a helicopter flight over wetlands with myriad aquatic and bird life, golden sand beaches of the Newcastle region, ending the day dining while watching the sun set over the Great Dividing Range of mountains.

Today we meander through one of Australia’s best known wine regions, touring picturesque vineyards sampling the many excellent vintages. Relax at a luxurious guest house, unwinding with that invigorating spa and pampering massage.

An early start is rewarded with watching sunrise over the vineyards while gently drifting over the rolling hills, followed by champagne breakfast in the fields. Then your choice is to continue to explore the vineyards or just relax and be further pampered.

We return to Sydney via the picturesque countryside, leaving the afternoon free to shop at Sydney’s many enticing areas, visit the Art Gallery of NSW, Australian Museum or just to relax.

The sojourn is concluded high up in the Summit, a revolving restaurant taking in the panoramic view from the sparkling harbour and Opera House to the majestic Blue Mountains.
