Study and understand Company’s product range suitable for export opportunities.
Develop export criteria, strategies and timeframe goals.
Develop management budgets for research, establishment, travel and marketing.

Stage 2.0

Market research of target countries and potential distribution companies.
Identify prospective distributors and establish interview procedure.
Travel to target country and interview prospective distributors.
Select and negotiate Distribution Agreement with Distributor.

Stage 3.0

Arrange appropriate service and training requirements.
Develop and implement spare parts and stocking policies.
Negotiate and implement pricing policies.
Understand individual market requirements and develop marketing programs.

Stage 4.0

Investigate appropriate trade displays and organise.
Plan and arrange annual Distributor Conferences.
Set up systems for product and technical updates.
Establish and undertake ongoing Distributor management.
